I receive demands from clients with other parties involved. When a different party answer the first email request, Jira creates a different ticket. Am I able to unify them?
Also when I click to answer inside Jira it does not include this other parties in the answer? Is it posible to answer to multiple emails?
The other participants are from other companies... They appear as Request Participants, but I can not include them on the answers.
Hi @Raphael Fridlin Levy , and Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Usually, to add a comment to an existing ticket, the email subject should contain the issue key, so this way Jira knows that this is related to an existing ticket.
For the other parties to be included in the answer, they should be added as participants.
