Each day, I am asking my team to use JSM as central tool to manage daily operations and service activities.
I would like to use JIRA to enable a procedure around Users Recertification.
Meaning that on regular basis, I would need to trigger a Service Request to Business Owners, so they review the current list of users, they have the ability to approve / reject the users, be able to identify anomalies, etc...
I am wondering if someone already implemented such workflow in JSM and if so, can provide me some guidances.... Then I will take the configuration from there.

Let me provide extra details which were missing in my request.
The business objective is to use JSM in order to have a recertification process in place for different production instances which are not JSM related.
Meaning, that on monthly basis, the production control team will extract the list of users from different systems and I would like to use JSM to manage the recertification workflow.
I am wondering if in this community someone already implemented such workflow and could have some suggestions... Otherwise, I will think about the best solutions with a new Service Request type and associated workflow.

Maybe you need a JSM automation to create this service request at a regular basis. I will suggest with more details.
