How to make the empty values hide in "Time Series Chart"?

Hello!

I need a help to make a better Time Series Chart. I am building a chart by using 'Rich Filter Time Series Chart'.

X-axis is the month and Y-axis expresses numeric values in one of the issue fields. During the time range set for the chart, there are some empty Y-axis values which will be actually filled in the near future.

So it is reasonable not to be seen on the chart until the value is filled, but it actually shows "0" value, and then the chart looks weird due to the empty values.

How can I make these empty values hide on the chart?

Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the community.  It seems that "Rich Filter Time Series Chart" add-on is provided by a third party vendor in your JSM env, thus you need to contact the vendor directly for technical support.

This chart is not part of the out of the box product from Atlassian.

Hope this helps.
