Hello, I would like to know if its possible to make Confluence pages visible on Jira Service Managment and only allow certain people to log into JSM?
Hi @Luka Popovic ,
In a Jira Service Management project it is possible to link a Confluence Space as a Knowledge Base. See this documentation. And see also this blog.
Is this the functionality you are looking for?
Regards, Marco Brundel
Thank you for a quick response Marco! Yes it is thank you again, and is there a way to allow certain email domain/s to have access to the space/page from other companies?
For example "@lukapopovic.com" and etc.

Hi @Luka Popovic ,
In a Jira Service Management Project you can set who has access to this Jira project as a customer.
The users who have access to the jira project can then also search the knowledge base (linked confluence space) via the portal.
See here and here for more information about permissions and customers.
Regards, Marco
