How to make agent custom fields mandatory if i am making any custom field mandatory it will appear automatically in Customer porta;
I don't quite understand. Do you want to make the fields mandatory for the Agent or for the Client in the portal?

In practice, the fields for the agent are different from the customer.
From the agent: I believe a rule should be added in the workflow, prohibiting walking without having everything filled out.
From the client: Project Settings > Request Types > Request Form Tab > Required > Yes
