How to know my FSN ID on jira atlassian portal.
Welcome to the community. Are you asking for the internal ID for your custom fields or request type ID? Please clarify what is "FSN ID"?
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

Hello @Joseph Chung YinYin thanks for your reply. i am also new here i don't have a much idea about FSN id but in my project some people asked me what's your FSN id.
in old jira portal before Cloude migration when we go in our profile icon there, we can see FSN id but in new updated Atlassian jira we can't see.
Thanks

Who is asking "what's is your FSN id"? + "profile" are you referring to your account's profile? I am thinking that it is a custom field that you had in your previous env.
You may want to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance. It is because that FSN id doesn't seem to be a standard field based on my knowledge/experience.
Best, Joseph

@Joseph Chung Yin Thanks for your valuable comment on my query, yes FSN id is internal identification.

If it is a internal ID, then you will need to find out if your internal application is properly integrated with your project/profile with Atlassian Cloud env.

I guess you need to get in contact with support as the "FSN ID" is probably an internal identification. Is it a required field on the the request form in the customer portal or do you need this id in order to authenticate?
