How to know in which project the ticket has been created

We are using JSD for customers and configured the incoming mail handler to create a ticket via mail and the same mail ID is used for two projects and the question is here we have 200 clients then we need to add 200 mail handlers for each project.

Any suggestions here will be helpful.

@Yogesh Mude, if you are using email for creating issues and you want them in different projects the relationship needs to be 1:1. For example:

customers creating issues in Proj1 would send an email to proj1.urcompany.com

customers creating issues in Proj2 would send an email to proj2.urcompany.com

mail channels are associated w/ projects not customers.

Yes but here we need to end up with creating 200 email ids for 200 client/projects.
