Hi @SUDIPTO PAL and welcome to the community,
Perhaps you can try to find an on the marketplace like this one https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219869/rundeck-triggering-a-job-via-jira-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
And maybe this also can be of assistance https://docs.rundeck.com/docs/manual/workflow-steps/jira.html
Hi Alex,
thanks for your response. I installed Plugin for Cloud based JIRA environment. Afterward there is a section in JIRA where I should provide Rundeck server details. But that setting page is loading.
Under JIRA -> App -> Rundeck -> Setting: Where failed to load the page.
My objective is like this: Once a ticket created in JIRA, it will trigger an event which will be routed to Rundeck server for some automated remedial activity.
Please share some insight.

I haven't use rundeck at all. But if rundeck has a REST API you can send an http request from jira using jira automation.
