We need to use above 2048 char in the customer portal introduction text box.
If we use above 2048 character in the customer portal introduction text box.Its show below error like,

his field must not exceed 2048 characters.

The Introduction text is a great place to add a brief summary and information for customers, so currently, the limit is 2048 characters.

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation to increase the limit of characters:

• Allow more characters in Service Desk Portal Settings Introduction text (optional) field
