I want to import the following hardware data into the Asset database in Jira.
How is it possible by also making object attributes of the headers above..?
Hi Jeremy,
here is a guide on how to import data into Assets: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/prepare-your-data-for-importing-into-assets/
Best way in my opinion would be to create your structure manually, meaning the relevant object types with their respective attributes from your table rows.
After that you can create an import job. Please be aware that only csv and no xlsx files are supported.
I did, but it gives the following result.
The options yes/no are imported in the title and the attributes aren't selected...
Do you have a solution for this? Thanks!!

Hi @Jeremy
looks like you selected the wrong delimiter. Your CSV file has ; between the words.
I guess Jira selected , by default?
