Hi,
There are some fields that I'm using to do some logic in my Service Management project. I would like these fields to be set at creation (using scriptrunner, element connect and this already works) but, I don't want them to be shown in the customer portal when the user looks at his request.
How can I achieve this ?

Fields that are displayed are fields that have been added in the request type fields, so if you add you fields into the screen but do not add them in the reauest type, they should not be displayed to the customer but will be for the agents.
