How to hide or delete email field if I already have a similar field in ProForma?

Hello,
I would like to be able to remove the email input that is marked in green because I already have an input for this field in my ProForma form.

I have searched for it in "request form" but I did not find it

I suspect this is a custom field? Are you wanting to remove from the portal or the App create or both?

portal - go to project settings > request types and edit your request type then simply remove the field

app - go to project settings > screens and edit your screen and remove the field

Hello, it could be for both, but I am more interested in the portal. My second image is precisely in "Request Types" but I can't find the email field there.
