How to hide field in transition?
The previous Jira admin has a lot of custom fields but he is able to manage to hide it when I transition a status. How do I do that?

Hi @Josef DC and welcome to the community!

  • Go to cog > issues
  • Screens > Locate that specific screen (e.g. Send for approval)
  • Click that screen to edit it
  • Remove the specific field
  • Test the transition
