Hello, looks like I'm unable to grant site access to new managed users in a new improved UI for admin.atlassian.com. My instance was moved to this new centralized user access and I no longer see the users or groups under the Product menu. This was all moved to the Directory menu item.
My managed users who are synced from Azure Active Directory to my Jira instance are present in the admin.atlassian.com site but I'm unable to add them to the JSM projects or search for them in the JSM projects. In the old UI I was able to grant site access to a user just by using a slider next to Has site access.
This option is missing. I a matter of fact the whole screen is missing. The only thing I can grant is product access by adding a user to a group ie jira-servicemanagement-users-[site] which has product access assigned and when the user is added to this group it consumes a jira license. These users are portal-only customers so I don't want to grant them a JSM license.
I've raised the support ticket but it was transferred to the dev team for them to grant access to the users :-(
Did any of you experience the same problems? Did you find a solution? Any help will be much appreciated.
Thank You
