How to get the specified request type immediately when you click the portal

Hello, I'm thinking about it Through JSM, I can use the user help page

I want to provide As soon as the user clicks the portal, I want to make the request type I specified appear immediately.

If you don't have the function, please tell me

Based on my knowledge, it is not possible to have a request type as default to appear as soon as a customer access the portal UI.

I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) and maybe to submit an enhancement request for this functionality (if it is not already exist).

@Joseph Chung Yin is correct, the delivered product does not allow you to do this.  You can use an app like Refined to do this.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218481/refined-for-jira-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
