How to get payload of attachments via webhook

Hi

I have created a webhook, which is shared with one of our customers.

Most data are flowing as expected, but we have a problem with the attachments.

When the customer updates with an attachment do we get the image, but when we add an attachment do they not get the image

I have set it up with following url, where I have enhanced it with  ${attachment.id}:

https://XXX.com/api/sn_jira_spoke/jira_webhook_callbacks/wh_entrvy?ni.nolog.id=b9449b0e1b13a010d9b1f7c4464bcb4f&contextId=48102&${attachment.id}&ni.nolog.token=%EF%B7%9E%EF%B7%9F%EF%B7%92c90a74b21b670110d9b1f7c4464bcba7%EF%B7%AC%EF%B7%941%EF%B7%AC%EF%B7%ADUmIBIM0D1X9b7r0dn3kyEA%3D%3DC2H6OPqWLpYB3Tsa0qYI-GiMYtKQrCcRCPrZ-Lpc6fGjVCszOHWi6w%3D%3D%EF%B7%AE%EF%B7%AF

The settings for Attachment is marked with "created" and "deleted".

My customer is using ServiceNow and they do not get the full payload, so that they have the data, but not the image.

I have been searching the community and web without any luck.

So is there anyone who have made a setup with webhook between Jira and ServiceNow and made the attachments flow as I have hit the wall on this. :(

Any good suggestions will be acknowledged. ;)

Kindly

Bo
