Hi There,
We have two customfields defined: Time for Approval [in seconds] and Time for Resolution [in seconds], we are trying to do something like below but unable to get the customfield value.
Time to approve [customfield_XXXX] = {{issue.created.diff(now).seconds}} -- this works fine
Time to resolution = {{issue.created.diff(customfield_XXXX).seconds}} ---not working
Can someone please suggest on the possible solution?
Welcome to the community.
Is the customfield type date time picker? Please check this Jira smart values - date and time KB.

Smart value ex; {{issue.created.diff(issue.customfield_xxxxx).seconds}}
Thanks for response but it is still not clear, however, I have posted my query on the similar topic discussion page.
