We have created custom fields within service forms, including drop-downs, dates and text fields.
Ideally, we would want each of these to be columns within the service queue to quickly reference different inputs at once vs. going into each form. Instead of applying labels to each request to sort.
Is there a way to do this or are you limited to the pre-set queue column options (example screenshot below)?
The only way you can view those fields on your queue is by linking them to a Jira custom field.
It's important to note that Forms are primarily designed to be supplemental to the native portal form experience to help guide customers. They are not intended for processing/reporting. For example, you want to guide the customer to get more detail than a generic Description field, to reduce back-and-forth triage. You don't necessarily care about the detail outside of the context of the individual request.
