Hello there, is it possible to generate a report utilizing Viewtracker in Confluence, potentially in conjunction with JSM, to monitor participation data for Knowledge Management (KBAs/KCS)?
We have Trial access to Viewtracker right now and the Global Report has been helpful however we want to build a report where we can track linkage and participation from our engineers when they Link Confluence pages in JSM.
Our engineers tag these articles(refer screenshot) from Confluence when resolving JSM tickets, and we wish to analyze this participation on monthly basis. The data, which will be maintained in our reports, gives us insight into their engagement with the creation and edits of the Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) within Confluence.
We aim to track this across various team levels, which will provide us with insights into how they have progressed or regressed over time in terms of upholding Knowledge Management.
Has anybody ever had such type of requirement or something similar in the past
Good day @Sanskriti Ramtek,
We thank you for creating a helpdesk ticket with us and for sharing your question on the Atlassian Community.
As mentioned, it is currently not possible to track the linking of Confluence pages in JSM. However views and edits on the knowledge articles happening through the helpdesk are tracked.
We hope that an insight here in the community can be helpful for you and your team.
With friendly regards
Rodrigo & the bitvoodoo team
