How to forward emails back to an email address

Hi

I set my email account to forward all emails from that address to my service desk by accident

 

This is a huge mistake and now all my mails are missing on my email account, (It just cut all the mails and pasted it into service desk)

 

Please can someone help with a way to forward the mails back to the email account
