I want to create a dashboard that can show show tickets in a specific queue, for that I would need to create a filter using JQL, but I am not able to find a way filter the tickets by the queue. Please advice.
I believe the best approach is to get the filter from the queue you want and use the JQL to find the tickets.
You can edit the queue you want and select the "Advanced" link near the filter, then will show up the JQL to find tickets on that queue.
Please let us know your thoughts.
Hi @Shreya Parekh ,
The Queue itself is indeed not a JQL parameter. Easiest would be to use the same JQL as the definition of the queue.
