To help users correctly find their assigned project ids I want to have a service desk field reduce the possible options to only the project ids of the user's department. How can I use the forms to assist users in this way? Cascading lists?
Ideally I could just upload a mapping CSV file since another tool manages these project ids.

So I am looking for something like a custom field, cascading select list but that can be auto updated somehow (such as from a json / CSV file). There are a lot of entries and they can change.
The data connection feature seems to only work with a rest api and only for a single field, not cascading.
