How to filter Jira tickets for "Inactive users" without removing the "Unassigned" tickets

BG Pantaleon February 10, 2023

I built a dashboard and used Rich filters. I was able to hide the Inactive users but even Unassigned tickets get hidden too.

I only need to hide Inactive users with tickets not the Unassigned tickets.

All tickets before filtering:

Unassigned disappeared too:

@BG Pantaleon -

It seems that "Rich Filters" is a third party add-ons that you installed in your env.  If so, you will need to contact the vendor for technical assistance on your ask.

Hope this helps.

@Joseph Chung Yin does Jira support this out of the box?

Unfortunately, it is not available out of the box.
