I have created a project in JSM and created a workflow for defects/Incident. Here we raise defects. Is there any option available to export those defects?
you can export from the advanced search screen. example below. Please let me know if you need more details/assistance.

If you click in the search box in the top menu bar do you see the Advanced issue search option? If so that will take you to the previous screen I showed.
