Welcome to the community 

To answer your question, you can export all users on your Jira through Administration. But you can't have an export that let you know which day this person connect himself. 

You will have the information of the last time the person logged in to Jira / Confluence

Thanks Joseph, I need to choose past specific months to get the report of active users.

For example, I need to export the active users from 11/01/2021 to11/30/2021

I did not see that option. Can you tell me how can i generate this report?
