am new to Jira and learning by the way.
Would like to know how to create a custom report that can provide me details of
1. how many tickets received in a period (eg., 1 month or quater)
2. How many closed in this period
3. In progress
5. Pending with customer.
this should be provided for categories like (support, incident etc)
Hi @[deleted] - You can use below JQL:
Project = XXX AND created >= -30d (tickets created in last 30 days)
Project = XXX AND resolved >= -30d (tickets resolved in last 30 days)
Project = XXX AND status = "In Progress" (In Progress)
Project = XXX AND status = "Pending with customer" (Pending with customer)
