How to display subtasks in a Roadmaps Plan

I have the following structure in my project: Epic > Story > Technical Task

Currently I can display the Epic > Story on my roadmap plan, but I cannot display the Technical Task level and I'd like to know if there's a way to do that

What I've done so far:

On the "configure roadmap" > roadmap I already changed to "Child level issue scheduling"

Based on https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-display-subtasks-in-an-advanced-roadmaps-plan-1103431441.html I already changed the issue type of Story and Technical Task, using move and bulk, to Task and Subtask, but it didn't work.

Any new tip will be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Marcos Lourenco

Is this still a problem for you?

You can definitely visualise Sub-task Issue Types in Advanced Roadmaps - I would check:

  • The Sub-tasks are included in the Issue Sources which represent the data visible in the Plan. If not, include them.
  • In Filters, ensure all levels of the hierarchy are visible on the Plan page

Let us know if either of these resolve the issue!
