I would like to know if there is any possibility to add custom fields on the customer's request recap screen? (see screenshot attached)
For example, I would like to display the field SPRINT we have on an Agent side for a Client.

do I understand it right the field should just be displayed read-only - just for transparency purpose?
If so, then the Suggestion in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4328 applies - what means that this feature is currently not available.
In case this is not the case could you please describe how the handling should be?
