How to delete tickets in a project

Hello, Is there a quick and easy way how to delete all the tickets in our project as well as if possible to reset ticket numbers back to 0

Welcome to the Community!

If you want to delete all the issues/tickets from the project then yes you can do it using Bulk option but you must need to have bulk change global permission. If you don't have then please contact Jira Administrator.

For resetting the ticket number we will suggest you note down all the configuration of the project and delete the project from the instance and re-create it again with the same key.

Hi Yogesh. Thanks for that. I am a full JIRA admin. I did some searching and couldn't see an option for Bulk. Could you please guide me where it is. Thanks
