On the "Customers" tab, I've already added some organization but also emails (without including them in an organization), however for the last ones I cannot delete them.
Some have an active account and others not (it shows "resend invite"). However, I would like to delete them from my dashboard but there is no trash button visible. This button is only available for the organizations.
How can I delete them ?

Try deleting them from Portal Only customers sections:
Let me know if that works.
P.S. You have to be an org admin to do the above.
Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ , Thanks for the help! Unfortunately, this process didn't work well and we still couldn't delete them even with a org admin.

Just to add on what Alex said, naming of the navigation pages is slight different on original and centralized user management (depends which one you're on), so here's an official docs on how to delete customer accounts: Delete portal-only customers
