Hi,
We have manually added a customer to Jira service desk (cloud) but the email entered had a typo. So we would like to delete the record but we are not seeing any delete option (even for Org admin users). Is there a way to delete customers explicitly?
Thanks in advance,
Raghu
If you have the user management and administrator access then you can try deleting this customer using the steps below.
Delete a customer's account
I hope it helps.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Welcome to the community!
You can see your customers in Customers section in your JSM project.
If they haven't accepted the invite, they will be in the Invited status.
Also, check your User Management menu as well and if they are in the status Invite, just remove the user.

Thanks. Since the email has a typo, the invite cannot be accepted. And in the only user management page I could find, I can only see agents and not customers.

If the user hasn't been added to the project, then it should be fine, because it cannot be actually deleted.

Well, I wanted to delete the user to clean things up but if there is no way to delete such users, we will have no option but to leave it there I guess.
