How to create the dependency between an Insight custom field and the Affected service field

I am trying to create a dependency between the field Affected services and a Insight custom field.
An affected service can have multiple CIs attached to it. I can't seem to be able to create a dependency between them.
I want my user to be able to select the CI attached to the Service chosen when an incident is created (or a change or a request)
Any help will be appreciated,
