How to create service desk reports with tailored series?

Hi Team,

In our service desk, I'd like to create a report for average ticket handle time but it doesn't give me the option to add such a series.

Can someone please advise?

Hi @Diego de Vicente,

Take a look over this article from our blog: An effective dashboard for Service Desk and Customer Support teams in Jira Service Management . It shows you what metrics, KPIs, charts to track in JSM and how.  

It gives you many options for tracking average ticket handled time, look at sections #3 and #4: as trend chart, as control chart or as histogram chart.   

As you will see, all you need for tracking these metrics is our Great Gadgets app. Most of the gadgets that our app offers can display a Data tab with a nice report that you can easily export in CSV format.  The gadgets are higly configurable, you define what to track.
