I am using Jira Service Desk. I have a specific project I want to give a number of users access to. From what I have read I could do this by adding them to a group and then adding the group in the permission scheme.
The issue I have is how / where do I create the group and how do I manage groups? Some blogs send me to Select Administration ( ) > User Management to view the user list but there is no option like this.
Thanks in advance
hi @Yair , try clicking on the cog/sprocket in the upper right then user management where you will see Groups in the sidebar. Note, you will need to be a Jira admin two manage users and groups.
