How to create a branch logic Custom Field in the additional tab? Is it even possible?

I am so new at this and I need help to create/expand the tab that I created. I want it to have the branch logic.

for example: 

If user select specific Item in Product, the field Feature will give only option for the items/options which connected/related for that specific product.

Is there any way to do this?

• Have you tried to use the Select List (cascading) Custom Field? It only supports two levels, but if that is all you need, it may serve your use case. 
• If not, there appears to be a marketplace plugin with a 3+ level cascading field
• If you don't want to use cascading lists, then it appears that Behaviors in Script Runner provides the functionality you seek.
