I am currently in the process of rolling out the service desk. I have linked the confluence space, made it public, set the permissions for article suggestions but for the life of me I cannot find where to set/control the categories and what articles display on the client portal. This is not the request type but the page prior that I want to set and control all articles to display.
This is not the same as the access to the full confluence space and I have searched high and low in community and resources areas. Can anyone help me, please?
You can limit available pages per request form by using labels.
