I have created a Portal Group as " User and Tester" how I can configure that when someone raise under Tester the ticket Queue will be listed under Tester and if th us raised under User, the ticket Queue will be lister under User?

In your project queues, create a queue with the below JQL.
"Request Type" = Tester
i.e, Go to project sidebar --> Queues --> Manage Queues --> Create new queue. Add JQL in Filter by Section and click Create

Thanks for your response. I tried and I am getting this "There are no customer request types that match Tester. Use the JQL auto suggestions to find the customer request type you're looking for." in JQL.

Oh Sorry, I just checked your previous screenshot and its a group.
So in JQL, you need to mention all the three request types from each queue.
Example: "Request Type" in ("General Questions", "Technical Support", "Give feedback")
