I made an automation that sends the time when a comment was made, but it sends time in a different time zone as mine.
For whoever is wondering my time zone is GMT-3, if anyone knows how to fix it please leave a comment!
Found the answer in another post that it won't let me link to for some reason, but the format I needed was this:
Use the following smart value for your use case, changing the value to the appropriate time zone:
{{issue.customfield_10334.convertToTimeZone("America/New_York").shortDateTime}}
So i don't realy found a solution but i was able to make it work with this command: {{now.minusHours(3).shortTime}}
So if you need to change any rule to your time zone just change the number between parentheses.
