Can the default 'ticket' emoji be changed to another emoji for creating tickets in the Assist (virtual agent) Slack channel?
Atlassian documentation doesn't state anything about changing it.

I am also interested in this. It was trivially easy to use custom emojis to create requests when the Slack integration was through Halp, not sure why the functionality would be reduced in the new Chat integration.
