How to change the default approval?

Hello

When any user submits a request I need the approval from their head of the department not the manager

And some users their manager is the head of the department

Is there a way to accomplish that?

Hi @Nada Alahmadi 

You can use Automation to set the approver based on the custom field that you create for approvers from the head of department
