How to change the From address when replying to customer

Is it possible to change the email address that is used when replying to the customer from a ticket? 

By default it is jira@[something].atlassian.net but we want to change it to our support@[ourcompany].com

(or even the agent's email address would be fine)

In order to do that there are a few steps to do prior:
