How to change outgoing mail?

Hi all,

I added a custom mail called "support@<company>.com" However customers receive notifications from the mail "jira@<jirawebsite.atlassian.net>". Is it possible to change the outgoing mail to "support@<company>.com"?

Hi,

You may update that from the Project Settings -> Notifications -> Below Notification Email -> Edit and update to the required email address.

Thank you! I was looking for that setting. I did find it before but couldn't anymore... I imagine that this also applies to customer notifications, correct?

Yes. that would update the customer notification too. You may test that using your own personal ID as a customer and test it.

Hi,
do you know is that can be done in bulk for all projects at once?
