How to change default share to none

When a user sends an email request to IT Support, it sends to everyone in the Organisation the user belongs to.  I also notice on the customer portal the request form defaults to 'share with organisation'.  Can we default it to 'share with none' for both email request and via customer portal.  Thank you.  Please see attached.

Alternatively you can disable the "Added Organization" customer notification so that you don't get email spamming to everyone in the Org when the issue is created.

There is an open feature request, Allow turning off sharing request with Organization by default:

I'd recommend to vote for the feature request to show interest, and to watch it to be updated.

In the meantime, this Community thread shows some workarounds: JIRA Service Desk: Issue being auto shared with organization.

As it has been released, here is the way I manage the notification for a customer

Project Settings > Customers Notifications > Edit one of the notifications > Choose the recipient from "Customers Involved" to "Reporter"

while it disables notification it does not change the default value in the form. To change the default value in the form for all projects you can change global settings -> Products -> Configuration -> "Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization?"

I would love this feature too :) upvote!
