When a user sends an email request to IT Support, it sends to everyone in the Organisation the user belongs to. I also notice on the customer portal the request form defaults to 'share with organisation'. Can we default it to 'share with none' for both email request and via customer portal. Thank you. Please see attached.
Alternatively you can disable the "Added Organization" customer notification so that you don't get email spamming to everyone in the Org when the issue is created.
There is an open feature request, Allow turning off sharing request with Organization by default:
I'd recommend to vote for the feature request to show interest, and to watch it to be updated.
