How to capture custom field names and its value when field values get updated in a ticket and send share the updated field informations via an SMS (Twilio) or Email after every 30 minutes.
We do not want to send a notification email or SMS when a single field is updated however which incurs cost per message. We want to capture all the updated fields during an outage and share those updated fields via SMS/ Email after 30 minutes.
How can this be achieved using automation rule.
