Hi Team,
I have requrment to send email notification to group of customers when issue created in my Service management project.
In that email I neeed to capture portal request URl, we have this with in JIRA default email customer notification but I am using "Automations for jira add-ons", I used below smart values but it capture JIRA ID not portal request ID

Can you help me with using automation for jira how to capture "Portal request ID" URL.

Dear community,
Glad to see that it works with Jira Automation, we use it too but the pro licence seem to be required to use the mail fonctionnality
in our instance we have the Email this Issue plugin and i am still fighting to find a solution .... does anyone have the solution with this plugin ?
