How to best integrate Netsuite with JSM

Hi,

Does anyone have experience & advice on the best options for integrating Netsuite with JSM.

We want to be able to pass Netsuite customer details to create JSM Orgs & Customers, and pass Jira customer references back to Netsuite.

We are investigating third-parties eg Skyvia or Celigo, but keen to hear any advice.

Out of the box, it is not possible as you will need third party integration tool to integrate between Netsuite with JSM.
