How to automatically show Insight assets

We are using Jira Service Management 4.22.6 Datacenter version. We are using Insight to track our IT Assets including laptops, workstations, phones, etc. Now we are trying to find a way to automatically populate the assets under the leaver's name who is leaving the company, the leaver ticket was auto-triggered by the automation rule when we have something from the HR systems.

After some testing, I found a way to use Custom Field, below is the configuration on the custom field called Test-Assets:

Using this custom field, I can filter the leaver's assets, but it will only show on the issue edit page as below and only will show on the issue display page when I selected them.

I know the empty field can't be displayed on the issue display page, but how can I make it automatically show without selecting on the issue edit page like this:

I am unsure how this works in the server version but I hope they don't differ to much.

We are using an automation to fill the custom fields with the information. We use the Lookup Objects component to get the Assets that we want, then use the {{lookupobjects}} smart value to get the information that we want in the correct fields. 

We are using a custom field with the following configuration:

Is this what you are looking for? Or am I not understanding your question correctly?

Thank you very much for your information, I think it's more or less what I'm trying to find, but I'm on the server version, so I am not sure how to use smart values to get the information for the correct fields.
