How to auto Assign a specific component when a service request is selected

Hi there

How could I auto assign a component to a specific service request

 

Steps:

  1. User will login to the portal
  2. Select JSM 
  3. Select one of the Service Request, for example "FTP REQUEST"
  4. Inside of FTP Request, we will  a few options
    1. New FTP Connection ( 1 component assign to it)
    2. Request a FTP Update ( Another component assigned to it )
    3. FTP Failure (3rd component assigned to it)
  5. Depends on the users choice, request will have an component assigned to it automatically

trigger - issue created

conditions - if/else on the request type

action - set component
