How to associate an amount to each selected agency

Hello,

I have a request to allow the user to enter an amount for one or more agencies selected in the customer portal request. If possible, I need to accomplish this without purchasing anything from the marketplace. Currently they select one agency from a drop-down and enter one amount in a number field. I can change the agency single select to multi select but I am stumped on how to allow the user to enter an amount for each selected agency. Also, how do you show fields side by side in the portal request?

Hi @J Roberts 

Create a form for this request on the portal.

There you can put fields side by side, after the initial agency and number field, have a question to add another agency by answering Yes, show again an agency and number field.

Otherwise you will be reuired to look for an app on the markeptlace.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam , thank you for responding. Since I have never worked with forms I am doing a quick POC. I have created a number field, an agency field and an amount field. The number entered will determine the number of agency and amount fields to present. I am not seeing where to enter code based on the number entered. If 4 is entered I want 4 instances of the agency field and 4 instances of the amount field. Thank you.

 I think I found the answer, create sections?
