How to assign admin access to just Jira Servie Management, without giving full site admin access?

Good Day

We're using Atlassian Cloud offerings, so Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Service Manager.

I want to set up our customer service team to control and access Jira Service Management, but, I don't want them to have admin access to our entire system, which includes Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.

If I assign those users to the group "jira-servermanager-user-x", they can't create projects or administer the product.  If I assign them to them administrator group, they'll be able to interact with other product that we don't want them to.

How do you assign administrator access only for Jira Service Manager and nothing else?

Thanks

@Andrew Murdoch

You should be able to create different groups and configure the product admins assignment via https://admin.atlassian.com/

As image below, we are using the default "administrators" group for all of our product that contains all the site admins.  You can create your custom group (i.e JSM administrators) and add those users who need to manage JSM only and then add the group with the "Administration access".  Once it is done, you can just add the new group for the JSM product.

Here is a reference link on product access - https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/how-does-product-access-work/

This should work based on my understanding.  You can also contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance as needed.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph

Thank you!  I'll take a look :)
